I have an OCCI program that connect to the Oracle database using Oracle\oraclient\9.2.0 and executes a query. I'm able to connect return a result set and actually display contents from the first row.However, as soon as I attempt to access the second row I get a heap error - - invalid address specified to RtlValidateHeap. Oracle's documentation on the UTL_SMTP packages states that the username of an email address cannot exceed 64 characters, and the domain cannot exceed 64 characters. So, if an email address is '[email protected]', does Oracle consider the domain to be the 'domain' part or the 'domain.ext' part?

I am using UTL_SMTP package to send mail to specific email addresses.
